This was an honest and humbling conversation. Your struggles are not forever. Honestly those who feel deeply in the world are a blessing to the rest of us. Unfortunately most feel like they’re alone in the journey. Lean on those who love you and continue to practice the self care you spoke about. At the same time setting in your self talk as an impartial observer can be enlightening. All your self “who is speaking and who is listening?” The mind is a deep and sometimes confusing thing.
